DAY 1: AsiaDHRRA Secretary General, Marlene Ramirez welcomes the partcipantts in the FFP FO Partners Forum with the theme "Refinements of Services of DHRRAs to Farmers Organizations and Farmers Organizations to their Members", with a note on more substantive interactions with FOs to deliver services that will help develop their organizations.
